An essential component of your fire protection systems is an operational fire hose in Leyland. Having access to a reliable water supply is ineffective if you don’t have a robust fire hose on site. Quality-grade fire hoses and reels are ideal for every floor of your building. Fire extinguishers are sufficient for smaller houses or apartments, but dealing with massive fires needs reliable water flow. Hence, fire hoses differ significantly from regular household or irrigation hoses because they must resist high temperatures and handle high-pressure water. Fire hoses also have special nozzles for a range of water projection options. Depending on your water source, your fire hose needs special attachments to connect to a fire truck or hydrant attachments.

We can supply several fire hoses but specialise in “hose-on” Firechief Fire Hose Reels. In Leyland, our fire hoses on reels have standard 19mm x 30m fittings. The hose and reel option enables you to roll the hose away when not in use. This option provides a neat and safe solution for buildings with high visitor traffic. We have fixed and swinging reels with automatic and manual operation options supplied with a jet/spray nozzle. Our manual reels have a fire hose guide and gate valve for ease of operation. Yet, the automatic systems allow water out as soon as the hose is rolled out. Our reels have a high-quality all-metal construction from brass and powder-coated steel.
